Processing Time

My processing time is 1-5 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) please note that if you order multiple sets processing time will vary depending on the amount. This is my processing time for now there will be changes soon :)! Thank you for your patience.

Why is this my processing time?

Some sets can take anywhere from 3-10 hours. There are varying levels of detail and work that go into each set. I also have a personal standard I like to stick to, handpainting each set with love and dedication. Working on multiple sets can take me multiple days. I also have to stay active on my socials to promote my small business.

 

Shipping

The shipping carrier I use is USPS and occasionally UPS. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be provided to you. Please note that once your order is shipped, it is out of my hands. If you have any issue, please contact USPS or UPS directly and provide your information so they can help you with your package.

Please make sure to write your address correctly. If you make a mistake or if  your address changes, please let me know before your order is shipped so that I can update the information. After shipping, there’s nothing I can do on my end.

 

If you need a set by a certain date, please make sure to order at least 1-4 weeks before the date you need it by. If you’re not able to do that, I offer rush fees if you message me on Instagram to discuss details.

 

Returns/Cancellations

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. I do not offer any returns or cancellations. Please make sure to double-check your nail sizes from your nail sizing kit to ensure a perfect fit. Please ensure you want to go forward with your press on nail order before checking out.

Disclaimers

• If you ordered a discounted freestyle set or mystery freestyle set, I am not required to send a photo before shipping.
• Being unsatisfied or unhappy with a design is not a reason to ask for a refund. I have a portfolio of my work on my Instagram you can look through to decide whether you enjoy my style and want to purchase my sets.
• No returns or cancellations due to nails not fitting. I require customers to purchase a nail sizing kit to ensure correct sizing for each set. You can also refer to information I have about how to get your correct sizing.
